Hydrangeas in Watercolor (ONLINE)

Paint your love of hydrangeas in watercolor. We'll work on watercolor paper: whatever size you're most comfortable with (9"x12" / 8"x10" / 6"x9" / 5"x7"). Layer colors for the petals and create shadow without the paint to run together -- a must for successful layers with watercolor. If you're interested in working in a series, please register for Geraniums on July 11 and Gaillardia on July 27. Supplies List:

• Watercolor paper (I like cold press 140 lb. Watercolor paper)

• Watercolor paints

• Paintbrush

• Water for rinsing brushes

• Paper towel or rag for blotting brushes

*OPTIONAL: Watercolor pencils or water-soluble crayons for detail work
