Moody Florals in Watercolor

Set the scene for a dark, muted still life with autumn accents.  During this Zoom class, learn to mix deeper tones and work with soft ambient lighting. Add layers of details that suggest texture. We'll be utilizing neutrals and intense tones that will give your darker range of watercolors a workout. 

*This class will be recorded, so you can rewatch and paint additional pieces at your leisure.

Supplies List:

• Watercolor Paper, 2 pages (9"x12" cold press, 140 lb.) 

• Watercolor Paint 

• Watercolor paintbrushes: #10 or #12 round,  and one flat wash brush (for background)

• Pencil

• Water for rinsing brushes 

• Paper towel or rag for blotting brushes
