Watercolor Bouquets

Create a special, everlasting bouquet in watercolor. This process starts with rough sketches, then layers color using watercolors. You'll learn how to make your blooms come alive with bold strokes, gentle details and depth of color. Work on heavyweight paper. Finished piece can be matted and framed to your liking.

Supplies List:

• Watercolor, Mixed Media or Bristol Paper (9"x12" cold press 140 lb. Watercolor paper by Canson or Strathmore)

• Watercolor Paint (your favorite set)

• Watercolor paintbrush

• Pencil (or substitute watercolor pencils; see optional supplies below)

• Water for rinsing brushes 

• Paper towel or rag for blotting brushes

• Water-soluble or watercolor pencils

• White acrylic paint
